Next month Survivor NZ goes to air, and later in the year My Kitchen Rules NZ will begin, with chefs Manu Feildel and Pete Evans hosting. Spy can reveal two of the MKR NZ contestants — 26-year-olds Jaryd Gray and Ben Cliffe. Spy hears the two thought they were applying for Come Dine With Me and found themselves competing to be professional chefs in MKR NZ. “Their personalities certainly stood out more than their cooking ability, which they have worked hard to develop and improve as they set their sights on the formidable challenge that is My Kitchen Rules,” a friend told Spy. So much so they would welcome their own cooking and lifestyle show after MKR NZ finishes.
