The victim was found outside a house in Ealing by officers who were called to reports of a disturbance around 6pm yesterday. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were called and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 36-year-old man is in custody after he was arrested today on suspicion of murder.
