Engineer and artist Jesse Johnson paints a mural on the back wall of Miss Timaru. A Timaru artist has spent the weekend completing a mural in an alley off the Royal Arcade. He said he also planned an added twist of of tweaking words in his mural to make them unreadable. For wall murals, he spends time coming up with concepts and once accepted he maps them out. Trust board member Joshua Newlove said there were another couple of murals planned for next year.
