(file photo)A motorcyclist was left with moderate injuries after crashing down a bank near Rāhotu on Wednesday. A police spokeswoman said the crash happened about 3.20pm on Mid Kahui Rd. Initial indications suggested serious injuries, but a St John Ambulance spokeswoman said they transported one person to Taranaki Base Hospital in moderate condition. Fire and Emergency New Zealand also attended.
