Earlier this year, Muzzo pleaded guilty to four counts of impaired driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm. In April, the Neville-Lake family filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against Muzzo and his family's drywall company, Marel Contractors, arguing their negligence caused last year's fatal crash.
