It was previously revealed that Sarah Hart and her wife Jennifer, both 39, had been reported to Child Protective Services days before their deaths for allegedly starving their children. According to court records from 2010, Sarah Hart was arrested after her daughter went to school with bruises on her body. Days before their bodies were found at the bottom of a cliff in California, neighbors called CPS in Washington to report Jennifer and Sarah Hart (above) for not feeding their six adopted kids. The Harts are pictured above with their childrenOn Monday, a passerby spotted their car at the bottom of the cliff. In Woodland, Washington, the Hart family lived in a $400,000 home which they bought in 2017.
