PETALING JAYA: The mosque in Sungai Buloh which a wild boar ran went into has been given a ritual cleansing (samak) and will be fitted with a new carpet soon. Villagers removing the mosque's carpets, which will soon be replaced. With assistance from the Selangor Mufti Department, villagers gathered to clean the mosque at 10am Wednesday (March 7). To clean the wild boar's blood from the floor and walls of the mosque, they washed the tainted area seven times. On Wednesday, an injured wild boar caused a ruckus when it entered the mosque, injuring a worshipper.
