More than half of UK adults struggle to keep track of subscription fees and find costs are harder to cope with alongside cost-of-living pressures, a report shows. But households are losing sight of monthly outgoings in a worrying trend dubbed ‘subscription creep’, according to debt collection company Intrum. Almost half of consumers in 20 European countries are not on top of their subscription fees. That compares to just 31 per cent of Baby Boomers (1946 to 1964) troubled by mounting subscription fees, according to the report.
