More researchers from Italy, who published their findings in the prestigious British medical journal, The Lancet, last week, found the male to female ratio of 827 deaths in Italy was 80 per cent men to 20 per cent women. Italians over the age of 70 represent more than 87 per cent of deaths there, according to the country's main health agency.
