More than 19.6K heads of cattle slaughtered in 3 days of Eid Al Adha

On the first day of Eid Al-Adha (the feat of sacrifices), a total of 6,514 heads of cattle were slaughtered, while on the second day about 7,812 ones, and during the third day about 5,297 heads were slaughtered. The Ministry of Agriculture had stated that slaughtering services were provided to citizens free of charge. Eid Al-Adha is the most significant feast for Muslims worldwide, as it marks the end of the Hajj (pilgrimage) to the holy city of Mecca.
