ACC plans to add more than 100 new roles in Dunedin. In a statement released today, ACC chief operating officer Mike Tully said it planned to introduce structural changes over the next 18 months. “We’ve been testing this new approach in Hamilton and Hawke’s Bay over the past 18 months with more than 25,000 clients supported by 100 employees. "Client satisfaction levels are also higher - up seven percent on average for people supported through our test sites." Consultation was due to start on 20 March, but was delayed until today due to the Christchurch terror attack on March 15, he said.
