The DOC also determined that Green Farms Seafood Joint Stock Company (Green Farms) is eligible for a separate tax rate. It held that NTSF failed to make sales of subject merchandise at prices below the normal value during the period of review, meaning that it will not be subject to any anti-dumping tax. About 10 Vietnamese seafood exporters, including Vinh Hoan JSC, Nam Viet Joint Stock Company, and NTSF, are now not subject to the anti-dumping tariff. Vietnamese pangasuis has been subject to US anti-dumping duties since 2003, with these tariffs being reviewed annually.
