A 4.7 magnitude earthquake has rattled Gisborne on Monday afternoon. The quake, centred 25 km south of the city, was at a depth of 31 km. The shake comes ten days after a magnitude 7.1 earthquake struck at 2.27am on March 5. A magnitude 8.1 earthquake later that morning, also off the coast of New Zealand, triggered a tsunami warning for coastal parts of New Zealand.
