The police control room received a call at 8.35 a.m. regarding the rape of a minor girl in Aman Vihar. A police team reached the house and took the victim to Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Mangolpuri for treatment. The girl had gone to the terrace early in the morning when he spotted her alone and raped her. The accused is a distant relative of the victim.
