more-inAn alert neighbour foiled an abduction bid in outer Delhi’s Mangolpuri on Saturday afternoon, the police said on Sunday. The 27-year-old accused, Yashpal, was arrested for trying to abduct the one-and-half-year-old girl from outside her house in Mangolpuri. He was held by the neighbour and other residents while trying to walk away with the girl. It was then that Yashpal spotted the girl playing outside her residence. Seeing no one around, he went up to the girl, picked her up and started walking towards his car.
