The police have arrested the uncle, who has been involved in a prolonged land dispute with the minor’s family. A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by her uncle and four others on Monday night at Hajipur. We arrested one Anna Rai, who has a longstanding land dispute with the girl’s family. Sadar police station in-charge Subodh Kumar Mishra said: “We have lodged a rape case against five. The incident took place at Sadar police station area of Hajipur late Monday evening when the girl, a Class 12 student, had left her house to relieve herself.
