Mini market chain joins recycling project

MILO UHT is expanding its network of drop-off points for its CAREton Project with the addition of 99 Speedmart as the campaign’s partner. The pilot phase will see CAREton recycling bins placed at 100 of the mini market chain’s stores in the Klang Valley for 99 Speedmart customers and local communities to drop off their empty UHT beverage packs. “The CAREton project has been reaching out to schools, offices and selected communities over the years. “We hope to have the recycling bins at over 1,000 of 99 Speedmart stores in future, ” he said. Aranols said the project accepted all UHT packs, regardless of their manufacturer origins.
