The Winnipeg Goldeyes lost 2-1 to the Milwaukee Milkmen at Kokomo Municipal Stadium on Friday night. Cesar Valera broke a scoreless tie with a two-out, RBI double in the bottom of the third. Milkmen starter Angel Ventura earned the win, allowing one earned run on just three hits over eight innings.
