The CDC considers someone fully vaccinated two weeks after they've been given a single-dose shot (Johnson & Johnson) or a second shot of either Pfizer or Moderna. Middlesex County has the highest percentage of its population fully vaccinated in Massachusetts as of Tuesday. The others in the top five are Norfolk County (66%), Essex County (61%), Suffolk County (61%) and Plymouth County (58%).
