Shamed former Scottish Government health secretary Michael Matheson has been urged to quit as an MSP after it was revealed he has failed to show up at Holyrood since he resigned. The SNP politician has also missed key votes in the last two weeks, on the Scottish budget and the national care service. The Falkirk West representative has not been seen publicly since he offered his resignation to Humza Yousaf over his £11k data roaming bill. He left his role on the last day of Scottish Parliament before the February recess, but in the two weeks since has been missing in action.
