Approval of the Minutes of the previous annual stockholders’ meeting held on 6 December 20194. Approval and Ratification of acts, contracts, resolutions of the Board, Committees and Management since the last annual stockholders meeting7. In view of the Government’s imposition of a community quarantine and taking into consideration the safety of everyone, stockholders may only attend the meeting via remote communication.
