OPINION: Meth is a tale of two cities, or rather a tale of two drugs. The other meth [methadone] is an opiate substitute intended as 'harm reduction'. I can only assume society, as I see very little harm reduction for the still suffering addict. Ross Giblin/Stuff Polly Gillespie: I'm sceptical about who the harm reduction is intended for. The other that seems to keep some people in a zombie-like state simply because it's easier on everyone except the dependent person.
