A police spokeswoman said a public tip-off just after midnight this morning led to the arrests in the historic Princes St building. The men, arrested at the scene, were being held in custody, and would appear in the Dunedin District Court tomorrow. "Great work by members of the public and the police eventuated in this catch,'' the spokeswoman said.
