Just a week after the shocking announcement that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will step down from their royal duties, Markle's father Thomas is prepared to testify against her in court. Markle's sister Samantha told BBC that Thomas, 75, is prepared to potentially be called as a witness in his 38-year-old daughter's case against Associated Newspapers. "If he is called, he will come," said Samantha, 55. The civil lawsuit accuses the newspaper of copyright infringement, misuse of private information and violating the U.K.'s data protection law with its publication of the letter. Fox News' Melissa Roberto and The Associated Press contributed to this report.
