The journalist followed the royal couple on their 2019 tour for the documentary Harry and Meghan: An African Journey. An interview which formed part of the documentary heard an emotional Meghan admitting she's "not OK". In the one-to-one interview with ITV's Tom Bradby, Meghan was asked about the "true pressures of life in the spotlight and the toll it has taken on them both".
