Mrs. Gitlin, 31, is a clinical social worker at the Recanti-Miller Transplantation Institute, at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, where she works with living kidney and liver donors. Her mother is a clinical social worker at the Corinne Goldsmith Dickenson Center for Multiple Sclerosis at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Dr. Gitlin, 30, specializes in intravenous sedation for large dental procedures and treatment for sleep apnea in the Bethpage, N.Y., office of the Gitlin Dental Group, a group practice with offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan. He runs the practice with his father Dr. Michael Gitlin, a dentist, who works both in Brooklyn and Bethpage; the groom’s mother, Elizabeth Gitlin, manages the Manhattan office.
