PhotoNaomi Mira Kachel and Sherman Isaac Fabes are to be married Feb. 25 at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, N.J. She is a daughter of Nancy Kachel and Pinhas Kachel of El Paso, Tex. The bride’s father is a high school mathematics teacher at Chaparel High School in Chaparel, N.M. He is the son of Ruth Fabes and Keith Fabes of Westerleigh, Staten Island. His mother retired as a junior high school music teacher for the New York City Public School system.
