Business expansion solutions provider Tricor Service has launched a hybrid meeting system, with an online voting function, named 'Spot' for listed companies. Tricor has partnered with 3 Hong Kong, which is providing 5G services; TFI offering live streaming technology and system innovation; and Microsoft providing cloud services, and City University. Joe Wan, chief executive of Tricor Hong Kong said the system has a voting function and cybersecurity. Online voting is only available for registered shareholders. shares held through nominees/banks/ stockbrokers or banks) are unable to cast their votes online but they can view the live streaming of the meeting and/or submit questions using the login details sent by the company.
