The Centre for Health Protection has reported a single-day record of 67 new coronavirus cases in Hong Kong as at 4:00pm today, bringing the tally to 1,656, which includes one probable case. The number of new cases today surpassed the previous record of 65 recorded on March 27. Dr Chuang Shuk-kwan said four cases are imported and the rest are local cases. Among the 63 local cases, 28 are linked with previous cases, which include the Good Hope School, Windsor Restaurant in Tsz Wan Shan and Queen Elizabeth Hospital ward clusters. Source of infection for 35 other local cases are unknown.
