Griff the 11-year-old cob horse shows off his moustache which has become 'his defining feature'An 11-year-old 'cheeky' horse has been photographed trying to 'show off' his blonde moustache which he grows every winter. Griff the cob horse was rescued in South Wales in 2012 and now lives at Redwings Horse Sanctuary’s Ada Cole visitor centre near Harlow, Essex. He was found underweight, covered in mites and suffering from Strangles, an infectious disease in the upper respiratory tract caused by its bacteria. But the stocky horse was determined to recover and sat on his rescuers car to get his attention. Stephanie Callen, 33, from Redwings Horse Sanctuary said: 'Griff is quite the poser-he always seems to know when the camera is around and angles his face to catch the best light and show off his impressive moustache.'
