New Zealand-born Aishlin Hennigan, who went to primary school at St Colman’s and attended second level at Mercy Tuam, where she co-founded the debating society, has been nominated in the Editor of the Year category, alongside fellow UL journalism student Molly Cantwell. Indeed, this year has seen a record number of nominations for UL journalism students at the national media awards, including receiving nominations for Best Newspaper, Best Layout and Design, and Website of the Year…
