But after Thomas Tuchel's departure from PSG was confirmed by the club earlier this week, it was announced that Pochettino would be the man to replace him on Saturday. But the Red Devils are now level on points with league leaders Liverpool at the top of the Premier League, and Solskjaer's job appears secure for now at least. The Argentinean turned down offers from the likes of Benfica and Monaco before accepting the position at PSG.
