Newly elected LSK President Charles Kanjama /LEAH MUKANGAIPolitical leaders and public figures have congratulated Senior Counsel Charles Kanjama following his election as the 52nd President of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Kalonzo also praised outgoing LSK president Faith Odhiambo for what he termed courageous stewardship, particularly her defence of constitutional rights and insistence on accountability during the 2024 Gen Z protests. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen also congratulated Kanjama on his win, extending his message to all successful candidates and contestants. "Wishing the very best also to the outgoing council members, led by Faith Odhiambo, who have done a commendable job," the CS said. "Congratulations to Charles Njiru kanjama for LSK president my kind request be firm like Faith Odhiambo," the legislator said.
