MONTREAL — A former Hells Angels boss already serving a life sentence in the death of two Quebec prison guards has been given a 10-year prison term for conspiring to kill another underworld figure. Quebec Superior Court Justice Eric Downs handed down Maurice (Mom) Boucher’s sentence Friday. Boucher pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charge last month. She was acquitted of a murder conspiracy charge after the Crown elected to not present any evidence. Desjardins is also currently jailed after being sentenced for conspiracy in the slaying of Mob boss Salvatore Montagna in 2011.
