Massey University's Centre for Advanced Retail Studies, along with industry partners including RetailX and Retail NZ, is running a series of free Retail Reboot webinars to provide guidance and reassurance as we pivot to a new normal after Covid-19. The next webinar is on Wednesday, June 17, running for an hour from 11am, and will cover the topic: 'Restructuring tools for retailers in company law'. They will cover off what they are seeing with landlord and supplier negotiations in the wake of Covid-19, changes to retail law to protect retailers, and restructuring tools available under the Companies Act, as well as how to navigate the best way forward for your business.
