Small fixes, nice fixes, important fixes. It's not the end by any means, the developer says: BioWare will continue working on it over time until theoretically, it becomes a much better game. Mass Effect: Andromeda is already better than it was on day one, and someone who picks it up a year from now will probably be getting a vastly improved experience. I'd be willing to bet that the vast majority of people who lit the Internet up with criticism of Mass Effect 3's ending showed up for Mass Effect: Andromeda on day one, all the same. Usually, pre-order bonuses give you some sort of cosmetic item unavailable elsewhere, a symbol of dedication that takes the place of a better game.
