Marlon Williams left many Kiwis in tears on Friday morning with a heartfelt musical tribute to those affected by the Christchurch mosque attacks. The 28-year-old returned to his hometown to take part in the National Remembrance Service, performing the renowned waiata of Tahu Pōtiki (the founder of South Island tribe Ngāi Tahu). Marlon Williams opened the performances at the Hagley Park remembrance service for the victims of the Christchurch mosque terror attack.
