Rawiri, 24, appeared at the Blenheim District Court on Monday facing six charges, including growing cannabis, possessing cannabis and possessing cannabis utensils. Police sought the destruction of the cannabis, pipes and bongs. Rawiri's lawyer Phillip Watson said Rawiri smoked cannabis for stress relief, and had collected the utensils over several years.
