Indian markets remained volatile today, failing to hold early gains. Both Sensex and Nifty were marginally in the red, after inching higher in early trade. Asian markets slipped after the US hit Chinese telecoms giant Huawei with severe sanctions, threatening to further strain China-US trade ties. Yes Bank, Tata Steel, M&M, and Bharti Airtel were among the other losers in the Sensex pack. Among gainers, Tata Motors rebounded 3% today after seeing a sharp fall on Wednesday.
