A female teacher, Ferdousi Ekram Focia, of Dhaka’s Maple Leaf International School has remained missing for the last 14 days. Focia used to teach mathematics in the senior section of the school’s Dhanmondi campus. She was very frustrated with her career progress, and used to spend most of her time giving private tuition,” said Ehsan. “After she went missing, we checked her Facebook account to find out if she had any radical ties. However, we did not find any such conversations or posts.”Focia had completed BSc in mathematics from Bangladesh University and MSc from Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology.
