We have tracker teams created from the CIDG (Criminal Investigation and Detection Group. It’s not just him but also the [seven others] who were issued with a warrant of arrest,” he said in Filipino. Guban is the only individual included in the arrest warrant currently under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
