KUALA LUMPUR: A man who caused an uproar among netizens in July last year with his habit of kicking pedestrians from the back, near the Bank Negara building, has been reported to be back in action. The 34-year-old man was seen crossing the road after kicking the victim. “Police have obtained a CCTV footage from Bank Negara. The man was previously arrested for kicking pedestrians from behind and he was released from the prison this July. Prior to that, he was charged for attempting to break in into the Bank Negara building with a parang in hand.
