Rajat knew that the elderly couple, Ramlal, 78, and Shakuntala Devi, 68, had recently sold a property for a hefty amount. The incident took place around noon on Saturday, when the couple was on their own at home in Rohini, Sector 7. Meanwhile, Rajat entered the house wearing a helmet so as to avoid identification," DCP Rishi Pal (Rohini) said. Hearing his cries, the neighbours barged into the house and overpowered the intruders who were armed with a pistol and a hammer.
