Police have charged a suspect with murder after a man was struck and killed by a vehicle in a Walmart parking lot in Midland. Police say a 25-year-old man from London was arrested at the scene and charged with second degree murder. The driver is scheduled to appear in court in Barrie on Wednesday. Investigators say 29-year old Corby Stott of Wyevale, Ont, was treated at the scene early Saturday afternoon and then rushed to Georgian Bay Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. A post-mortem is scheduled for today in Toronto.
