A man says he was "humiliated" and was forced to cancel a glamping holiday after a holiday park manager refused to serve him unless he wore a mask. Philip Raeburn had booked a surprise birthday trip for his girlfriend at Three Cliffs Holiday Park in Gower, south west Wales. But Mr Beynon, 39, said without proof he would not be allowed in prompting the would-be guest to film the encounter and upload it to social media. Mr Raeburn says it was only at this point he was given the opportunity to check-in outside, a claim Mr Beynon denies saying this was always an option. Many who watched the encounter criticised Mr Raeburn, calling him "arrogant" and standing up for the manager who was "just trying to protect his staff".
