A man believed to be suicidal was rescued by firefighters early today from the ledge of a tower block an sent to hospital for observation. Firefighters who prepared for any eventuality even laid down an inflated cushion on the ground. Also, a driver whose vehicle overturned at the airport at about 7:00am has been sent to the North District Hospital.
