KUANTAN: A man used chocolates and cash to lure his neighbour's two underage daughters to follow him, before raping them. Things took a dark turn when he brought her to a water tank at the village, and proceeded to rape her. After each rape, the man, who is unmarried, purportedly brought the victims back to their homes while acting nonchalantly as though nothing had happened. "During the raid, the suspect, who works as a lorry attendant, had just arrived at his house after delivering items. He said initial investigation found that both victims knew the man, who lived with his parents and siblings.
