Detective Senior Sergeant Kim Libby said the man was found in the Verrans Rd, Birkdale garage, on the North Shore, on Wednesday at 4pm with serious injuries. He was taken to Auckland City Hospital, where he remains with critical injuries. "Officers will be doing area inquiries and speaking to nearby residents in the hope they can assist us with our inquiries."
