Fake notes with a face value of ₹30,000 in the denomination of ₹2,000 each were seized from him. His accomplice was caught with fake notes with a face value of ₹3 lakh. The police said Narendra is a habitual criminal, trafficker and supplier of fake notes. Special Cell sleuths had arrested him in 2016 with fake notes with a face value of ₹3 lakh. Over 30 cases of robbery, dacoity and smuggling of fake notes are registered against him in Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
