Man faces charges for allegedly selling fake Justin Bieber tickets

A man is facing charges in connection with an alleged concert ticket scam that left Justin Bieber fans holding phony tickets. Last March, thousands of concert-goers packed Rogers arena to see the pop star's live concert, part of his Purpose tour. But several people who say they bought tickets from a Craigslist's seller were left disappointed because their tickets weren't valid. Qui Ngoc Nguyen faces several fraud and identity theft charges. Nguyen is scheduled to appear in court in December.
